Angie - I'm not sure if it's a he or she. My sister sent me the picture last year about this time. I'll have to ask her the next time we talk. I just thought it was too cute for words and seemed to be an ideal picture for this time of year.
This is indeed too cute for words.... but wait until it grows up! I've got them in my backyard. Grrrr..... I've heard it said that if you are having difficulty with a person, you should imagine them as a tiny, helpless baby to help you humanize them. This adorable picture may help me feel more charitable toward my nemisis!
Angie & my anonymous visitor - It wasn't her pet or a backyard visitor. A friend of hers worked in a wildlife refuge and snapped the shots while working with the animals. My son used to work in one as well. Baby animals are pretty much always cute ~ and that may or may not help their case as adults. lol
Hi! I am a former homeschool mom. Both my boys are grown and gone. I now have 4 grandchildren to spoil. I'm a serious animal lover with 11 rescue cats filling up our big house.I write, but I haven't been brave enough to submit any of it to a publisher yet. I am an avid reader and I also enjoy making jewelry. I have Fibromyalgia, IBS, insomnia, and a chronic lung condition. All these things (and many others) make up who I am. I tend to share whatever has captured my heart or attention for the moment. I hope you'll join me on my journey through the fog.
Oh. My. Gosh. He (or is it she?) is just too cute!

ReplyDeleteIs it your sister's pet? I've heard of people having hedgehogs for pets but never met anyone who did..they are cute. :)
